Erik Bailey

Erik Bailey is a Sr Project Manager focused on Feasibility Startup & Activation (FSA) at ICON plc, driving forward novel life-changing treatments. With extensive experience in clinical protocol and staff coordination, they have a strong background in both preclinical and pharmaceutical research across various settings, including sponsor, non-profit, hospital, and CRO environments. Previously, Erik served as Clinical Coordinator Lead at Swedish, where they significantly increased enrollment in federally funded trials and streamlined startup processes. Erik is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Washington, reflecting a commitment to bridging the gap between bench and bedside, especially in underrepresented communities.
