Erika Condon

Erika Condon has extensive experience in project management and language services, currently serving as Team Lead at ICON plc since July 2014, where roles have included managing over 100 custom language translation assignments for clinical research clients. Previously, positions at ICON plc included Project Manager and Associate Translation Coordinator, where responsibilities involved coordinating translation processes and maintaining quality standards. Erika's background also includes work as Senior Program Coordinator for The Washington Center, focusing on international recruitment and event planning, and a Visitor Services role at the Newseum, enhancing visitor experiences. Early career experience includes assisting the President of Grupo Occi in Mexico and interning at the Pan American Health Organization's Emergency Operations Center. Erika holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey and furthered education at Université Laval.
