Kenneth Feaheny

Kenneth Feaheny serves as the Global Head of Compensation (Senior Director - Performance and Reward) at ICON plc since July 2014, guiding compensation strategies for a global organization in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Compensation & Benefits Senior Consultant/Manager at Northern Trust and managing HR projects at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities encompassed reward strategy and corporate governance. Kenneth has also held interim HR positions at The Bank of New York Mellon, EDF Energy, Westminster City Council, and the Crown Prosecution Service. Educational qualifications feature an MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and a BSc in Quality Management from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, alongside a Diploma in Production Engineering from Munster Technological University.
