Neil Collins

Neil Collins is a seasoned senior HR leader currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partner at ICON Strategic Solutions, managing a global HR team across diverse regions including EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America. With extensive experience in high-growth startups and multinational environments, primarily in technology, online, and media sectors, they have successfully advised CEOs and C-suite executives on HR strategy and the employee life cycle. Previously, Neil held key HR roles at The Stepstone Group, Saongroup.com, and has experience in recruitment and account management from early career roles. They are an associate member of the CIPD and hold multiple degrees, including a BA in English and History from University College Cork.
