Bharat Chelani is the President & Founder of iConsultera, a business consulting company specializing in various solutions for staffing firms, accounting agencies, and global enterprises. Bharat drives innovative and integrated recruiting and accounting operations for clients and offers out-of-the-box solutions at a competitive price. Bharat is also the Founding Principal of Staffing Catalysts, a role they took on in 2021. Bharat previously served as a Startup Advisor for Rise Staffing Group in 2018 and held multiple roles at IMS People from 2011 to 2018, including VP Operations in the UK and North America. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter for ITUpdates Inc. and as a Technical Recruiter for TEAM INFOSYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. Bharat also has experience as a Co-Founder of BretDreams Technologies and as a Process Associate at GENPACT. Bharat began their career as a Technical Trainer at Aptech in 2005.
Bharat Chelani attended Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended St. Paul's Senior Secondary School, where they studied Computer Science.
