Jorge Salazar Sánchez

Jorge Alberto Salazar Sánchez is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in IT support services. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at icorp since March 2015, Jorge oversees the IT Support Business Unit, which provides remote service desk, on-site support, and field services to over 60 clients, supported by more than 400 IT specialists. Prior to this role, Jorge held various positions at icorp, including Service Delivery Manager and Coordinador del Área de Soluciones, focusing on the implementation of outsourced IT support services and automated security systems, as well as serving as a Project Engineer specializing in IT management. Jorge holds a degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, obtained in 2007.
