Ewelina Kuna serves as Principal in Sustainable Industry at ICOS Capital since January 2022, focusing on deal origination and relationship building with founders. Prior to this role, Ewelina worked as an Analyst in Chemistry and Environment, supporting deal scouting and due diligence processes. Ewelina has an extensive research background, with experiences including Postdoctoral Researcher at Instytut Chemii Fizycznej PAN, where involvement in interdisciplinary research projects aimed at solar energy conversion was notable, and Researcher at Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions during the PHOTOTRAIN project focused on microfluidic systems. Early career roles included Research Assistant conducting sustainable energy projects, a research internship at Universidad de Córdoba, and an internship at Instytut Chemii Organicznej PAN focused on pharmacological compound synthesis. Ewelina holds a PhD in Chemistry from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, an MSc in Chemical Technology from Warsaw University of Technology, and an Engineering degree in Chemical Technology from Rzeszow University of Technology.
