Véronique de Bruijn

Véronique De Bruijn has an extensive background in venture capital and management, currently serving as a Venture Partner at ICOS Capital Management since November 2011. As the Founder of We Impact Inc. since October 2007, Véronique has successfully raised substantial funds and developed strategic partnerships for various startups in the life sciences, media, and entertainment sectors. Between January 2016 and January 2025, leadership as CEO of Photanol involved transitioning the company from research to scaling operations, securing significant funding, and establishing strong corporate partnerships. Prior experiences include roles as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Project Management Engineer at Hollandsche Beton Groep, as well as a Project Engineer at Fugro Singapore. Educational credentials include an MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
