Julia Soto

Julia Soto is a seasoned software engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at ICR, Inc. since April 2023, and previously held a similar position at BIT Systems from September 2017 to April 2023. Prior to these roles, Julia worked as a Software Engineer at Solidyn Solutions, Inc. and as a Lead Web Developer at SCITOR Engineering Management Consulting & Information, where responsibilities included the implementation and development of enterprise web applications and the maintenance of customized SharePoint sites. Additionally, Julia worked at BAE Systems Information Technology in a lead web development capacity.
