Scott Kantner

Scott Kantner, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at ICR, Inc. since November 2024. Concurrently, Scott serves as an Engineer Operations Officer and Engineer Project Manager with the 301st FEST-M in the United States Army Reserve since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Scott held various leadership positions at WB Engineers+Consultants from November 2021 to December 2024 and managed multi-million dollar construction projects at rand* construction corporation from February 2019 to November 2021. Scott's extensive military experience includes serving in various capacities in the US Army, including Operations Officer for the 82d Engineer Battalion and Executive Officer for a 140 Soldier company in the Pacific Theater Engineer Brigade. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
