Katie Francis

Katie Francis is currently the Human Resources Director at ICR Integrity, where Katie serves as the Group HR Manager leading the HR team globally. With extensive experience in HR roles at companies like Serco, Maersk Oil, Petrofac, and ConocoPhillips, Katie has a background in providing HR leadership and support across various sectors and locations. Katie holds a MSc in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University and a BA (Hons) in Management with HRM.
