Marc joined ICR in 2015 and provides strategic investor communication services to a variety of companies in the software, telecom and technology space. He brings over 12 years of capital markets and investor relations experience to companies that are publicly traded or preparing for an IPO. He has extensive knowledge of the strategic communications business, combined with deep sector knowledge and a strong track record of implementing investor relations best practices.

The combination of his sell-side equity research, investment banking and investor relations experience provides added value in advising companies on communications to the investment community. Marc works closely with management teams to help develop customized communication platforms for managing communications issues related to M&A and strategic equity announcements, secondary offerings, executive transitions, analyst days, activist investors and other special situations.

Marc began his career in equity research, covering communication, infrastructure and security software companies at J.P. Morgan, Thomas Weisel Partners (Stifel) and Susquehanna International Group. He then served as a Senior Associate at Triangle Capital, a leading private investment banking firm that provides advisory services to middle-market clients on a wide range of Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance transactions.
