Pallavi Dham

Pallavi Dham has a diverse work experience in the field of commissioning, performance management, and employment skills. Pallavi is currently working as the Head of Commissioning and Performance in the Employment, Skills, and Adult Learning department at the London Borough of Hackney, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Commissioning and Performance Manager in the same department from September 2020 to March 2023. Pallavi also worked as a Contracts and Performance Manager at the London Borough of Hackney from May 2017 to September 2020.

Before joining the London Borough of Hackney, Pallavi worked at Reed in Partnership. Pallavi served as the Senior Business Manager, responsible for managing various contracts and teams across London from March 2015 to May 2017. Prior to this, they were a Business Manager for ESF Families and London Council Contracts from July 2014 to March 2015, and an Adviser Manager in charge of managing contracts for the London council from July 2014 to July 2014. Pallavi also worked as a Senior Employment Adviser for ESF Families from November 2012 to June 2014 at Reed in Partnership.

Earlier in their career, Pallavi worked at Exemplas as an Employment Liason Advisor from August 2010 to October 2012.

Pallavi Dham completed an Executive leadership program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a BEng(Hons) degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, which they completed in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Pallavi obtained a PRINCE2 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016.
