Sheetal Sandhu started their career in 2001 as an Associate in Marketing at American Express. Sheetal then worked as an HR Specialist at Cadence Design Systems and as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Capgemini Engineering. In 2010, they joined Evalueserve as the Head of Human Resources, where they managed people agendas for 2500 employees. Sheetal later became the Group CHRO at ICRA, a Moody's Company, where they were responsible for various HR functions and strategic business partnerships. Sheetal also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Victoria University and as a Startup Mentor at India Accelerator.
Sheetal Sandhu holds a Strategic Human Resources Programme degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Sheetal also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on HR from IILM, New Delhi. Sheetal completed their undergraduate studies in Economics at I.P. College for Women, Delhi University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials" from LinkedIn and "MBTI" from CPP Asia Pacific in 2014.
