Francesca Piccin

Francesca Piccin serves as the Deputy Head of Sub Delegation at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Previously, they held various roles including Programme Manager at UPR Info and Human Rights Officer with UNMISS, focusing on human rights violations and capacity building. Francesca has coordinated projects at Global Human Rights Defence and Gmedia Center, emphasizing youth education and media access to human rights issues. Their academic background includes a Laurea in International Relations from Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia and participation in an Erasmus Programme at Universiteit Leiden. Currently, Francesca is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Public Policies at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED).
