Jérôme Giraud

Jérôme Giraud is a Result Base Management Adviser and Project Manager at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where they have been contributing since 2019. With a background as a Protection Delegate and previous roles in communication and field operations, Jérôme has extensive experience in humanitarian management. Jérôme also serves as the CEO of GenevApps Sàrl since 2016, focusing on mobile application development. They earned an LLB in International Humanitarian Law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights in 2006 and assisted as an Assistant Doctorant at the Université de Genève from 2012 to 2016.
