Kate Bundra Roux

Kate Bundra Roux has extensive experience in policy, communications, and humanitarian advocacy, currently serving as the Regional Head of Policy & Communications for International since February 2017, where responsibilities include strategy development, diplomatic engagements, and resource mobilization across the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries. Previously, Kate worked as the Communications Manager for the ICRC in Myanmar and the Mekong region, overseeing communication strategies for significant operations. Prior roles at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies included marketing and communications consultancy, regional communications and advocacy management for Southeast Asia, and emergency communications during crises. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights from the School of Advanced Study, University of London, and a BA in Human Development and Human Rights from Boston College.
