Mohini Ghai Kramer

Mohini Ghai Kramer is the Global Head of Learning & Development at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where they set the organization's learning strategy and oversee design and delivery across multiple locations. With around 30 years of professional experience in strategy development, management, and international communications, Mohini has held various leadership roles within ICRC, contributing to organizational change, communications, and brand management. They have successfully led global campaigns and innovation efforts while managing large, culturally diverse teams.
