Olesya Asmanskaya

Olesya Asmanskaya is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over fifteen years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) since February 2024, Olesya has held various HR positions across multiple organizations, including roles at the Norwegian Refugee Council and MV Cargo. Previous experience includes significant HR management positions at Neptune and METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine, alongside freelance recruitment and a lengthy tenure at Cigar House "Fortuna," where Olesya advanced from HR Manager to Senior HR Manager. Olesya’s academic background includes a master's degree in human resource management from Odesa National Economic University and a specialist degree as a teacher of elementary grades from South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky.
