As the Chief Operating Officer, Prasant oversees Icreon’s North American operations. His daily responsibilities, while varied, include personnel and staff management, engaging with various clients and partners, and communicating with prospective companies looking to work with Icreon. Some of his top client engagements over the years include XPO Logistics, Steinway & Sons, Toto Bathroom, Ferrari and Khan Academy. From working alongside CEOs and Executive Directors from professional associations, to consulting luxury retailers on their ecommerce strategy, Prasant has played a pivotal role in the continued success of Icreon and our clients.
Prasant graduated from Columbia University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and has co-authored several scientific publications. Immediately after graduation, Prasant worked within Columbia’s engineering department. However, he found his passion for implementing future-proof strategies for businesses, when he worked at an education startup that helped implement E-learning systems for large academic organizations. During this time, he worked with top institutions such as CK-12 in California, Amarillo Independent School District in Texas and Burlington School District in Massachusetts.
