Steve is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Icreon. For the last 4 years, he has been a vital part of the Leadership Team at Icreon. Steve is the prime growth driver for clients across different B2B and B2C verticals including financial services, luxury, nonprofit, retail and software. Versed in enterprise technologies such as Sitecore, Adobe, Salesforce, Acquia, Marketo, Episerver, LifeRay and JamStack, Steven has been involved in large client engagements including AGU, David Zwirner, General Tools, General Electric, AARP, Siemens, Vestas and Benjamin Moore.
Prior to launching his own digital agency, Steven studied Biomedical Engineering at Syracuse University. After his agency’s successful acquisition, he started focusing on helping clients strategize and create effective growth strategies. An inspiration at the workplace and a two-time Sitecore Symposium speaker, Steven’s journey across programming, entrepreneurship, strategy and business development, has transformed him into an excellent decision maker.
