Harsh Wardhan

Harsh Wardhan is an experienced professional currently serving as a Fellow at ICRIER since August 2024. Prior to this, Harsh held the position of Deputy Director at the Confederation of Indian Industry's Food and Agriculture Centre of Excellence from January 2023 to July 2024. Harsh previously worked at ICRIER as a Fellow and Consultant from November 2017 to January 2023, focusing on agricultural and food policies, agricultural value chains, and marketing. Earlier experience includes a role as a Consultant in the Government of India’s Office of Economic Adviser, where work centered on price and productivity indices. Additional experience includes serving as a Research/Academic Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and an internship at Udayan Care. Harsh Wardhan holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Studies from Ambedkar University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.
