Matthew Pepe

Matthew Pepe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product strategy, development, and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Area Developer and Equity Partner at iCRYO Cryotherapy Franchise Systems since August 2019, Matthew has also held positions such as Lead Consultant for Logic, LLC since June 2015, and Director of Product Development at Jumo Health from November 2018 to June 2020. Previous roles include Operating Partner at Zaniac and President of the All In Foundation. Matthew’s expertise extends to significant leadership positions at My Gene Counsel, GreatBlue Research, and Remedy Health Media, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise-level offerings and enhancing patient health outcomes. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Quinnipiac University.
