Patrick Bailey

Patrick Bailey is co-founder and Senior Vice President of ICS Advanced Technologies. He oversees the sales and marketing departments and specializes in finding superior technology solutions for his clients. Patrick believes in building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and vendor partners.

Pat has been in the Internet and technology business since 2000. In 2002 he co-founded ICS Advanced Technologies. Pat is an industry expert in amenity technologies that are particularly relevant to the student and multi-family housing market, including Internet services, television, security, access control, audio/video, low-voltage planning and more. He has presented at national conferences on topics including technology trends and forward-thinking engineering. Pat is also active in the MDU community and serves on the Board of Directors for the GIAA (Greater Iowa Apartment Association).
