Kunal Premnarayen

Kunal Premnarayen is the CEO of ICS and has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Kunal has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mumbai. Prior to joining ICS, Kunal worked for Secure Parking India, Pioneer Property Zone Services, and BENTEL Associates Realty Design Consultants. Kunal is a member of the Indian Institute of Management, the National Real Estate Development Council, and the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Kunal Premnarayen received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Wake Forest University. Kunal then went on to study at the University of Cape Town's PDP Program. After that, they completed a Small and Medium Enterprises Programme (SMEP) at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Kunal also attended Bombay Scottish School and Saddlebrook Tennis Academy. Lastly, they went to Fort Lauderdale Preparatory School.
