Danny Nault

Danny Nault has work experience in the field of IT support and engineering. Danny started their career as an IT Technician at Worldband in August 2020. In this role, they provided support to various businesses, both on-site and remotely. Danny worked with end users, peripherals, network infrastructure, and equipment from different vendors, including Cisco, Fortinet, and SonicWall. Danny also gained experience in Windows Server administration and Microsoft 365 cloud services, and utilized the ConnectWise suite of tools. Danny then joined ICS Complete in February 2021 as an IT Support Technician, where they worked until August 2022. Danny later transitioned to the role of an IT Support Engineer from August 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Alignment Engineer at ICS Complete starting from April 2023.

Danny Nault attended Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Information Technology.

In terms of additional certifications, Danny obtained their CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in November 2018. In June 2019, they obtained the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification from Cisco. Later that year in December, Danny acquired the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification.

Moving forward, Danny obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June 2021. Their most recent certification is the Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core, which they earned from Cisco in June 2023.
