Human Resources Manager at ICS

Reva Rindgen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked at ICS Complete as an HR Coordinator, where they were responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, such as payroll, employee personal files, and employee benefits. Reva also implemented policies and procedures and conducted audits of payroll and HR programs. In January 2020, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager at ICS Complete, where they led and directed the routine functions of the HR department. Reva'sresponsibilities included talent acquisition, staffing, benefits administration, and implementing company policies and practices. Reva collaborated with department managers to understand skills required for openings and played a crucial role in M&A integration.

Prior to their time at ICS Complete, Reva worked as a Customer Service representative at Spiedie and Rib Pit from 2005 to 2013. In 2012, they also interned at Stafkings Personnel Systems, where they worked with the Social Media Coordinator and HR department.

Reva Rindgen started their education journey in 2009 at SUNY Broome Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Reva completed their studies at SUNY Broome in 2011. In the following year, 2011, they enrolled at Binghamton University and graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Development in 2012.
