Haley Fortuna-Gil

Haley Fortuna-Gil, JD, currently serves as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Ingham County, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Haley worked as a Staff Attorney at the Michigan Advocacy Program, where legal assistance was provided to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking with Tribal affiliations. Haley's experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at Lakeshore Legal Aid focusing on eviction prevention and as a Law Clerk at Goldman and Associates Michigan Family Law Firm. Earlier roles include intern positions at the Macomb County Prosecutor's Office and Probate Court, as well as a position as a Political Analyst/Content Writer for The Propwatch Project. Education includes a Doctor of Law from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
