Ellen Fijnvandraat- Arkeveld

Ellen Fijnvandraat-Arkeveld currently serves as the Senior Operations Manager for Water, Infra & Energy at ICT Group since November 2022. Prior to this, Ellen held the position of People Lead New Infra at bol.com from December 2021 to December 2022 and took a sabbatical for personal travel and caregiving from November 2019 to December 2021. Ellen's career also includes a long tenure at ORMIT Nederland from May 2001 to November 2019, where key roles included Strategisch Accountmanager, Senior Business Coach, and Talent Scout/Assessor. Earlier experience includes working as a Commercieel Manager, Projectmanager, Senior Intercedent, and Intercedent at Tempo Team from January 1997 to May 2001. Ellen's educational background comprises a Post-HBO degree in Professional Communication from Phoenix Opleidingen, along with NIMA certifications and a degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
