Rickert Iwema

Rickert Iwema is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Head of M&A at ICT Group since June 2023. Previously, Iwema held similar roles at Cegeka from January 2018 to June 2023 and as an M&A Specialist, contributing to digital transformation initiatives within the company. Iwema has also worked as an advisor at Scale Logic Europe and Magic Group Media, and as an analyst at Quadrum Capital and Baese, focusing on investment strategies and advisory services for medium to large enterprises. Early career experiences include consulting roles at Davinci and VCIS, as well as an internship at Friesland Bank Investments. Iwema holds a Master's degree in Controlling from the University of Groningen and an MSc in Financial Engineering & Management from the University of Twente.
