James Kerr

James Kerr is an experienced IT consultant and engineer with a comprehensive background in system support and hardware management. Currently serving as a consultant at ICT Services Ltd since 2018, James specializes in upgrading server and desktop systems for diverse businesses across Ireland while pursuing a VMWare certification. Previously, James held positions as a Senior Systems Engineer at Bell Integration, maintaining extensive hardware contracts, and as a Technology Upgrade Consultant at City, University of London, where responsibilities included overseeing a major computer rollout and providing training. With earlier roles in datacentre support at Standard Chartered Bank and Oracle, James has developed expertise in hardware support and incident management across various high-profile environments. Additional experience includes deployment engineering and support roles at Centrica, Haringey Council, and Bowne Global Solutions, complemented by education from Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
