Pavel Levin

Pavel Levin is an experienced professional in telecommunications and data communications, currently serving as the COO and Head of THR Division at ICTBIT Solutions since August 2014, with prior roles including CTO in Routing & Switching. From 2006 to 2014, Pavel held the position of Senior Network Engineer and Telecommunication Administrator at GOI-MOD, overseeing all data and voice communications for the Ministry of Defense in New York. Earlier, between 2003 and 2006, Pavel was a Data Communication Junior Engineer in the Israeli Air Force, managing network operations, upgrades, and supervising technicians. Pavel holds an MS in Information Systems from Touro University, a BA with a specialization in computer and information systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Junior Engineer degree in Software Engineering from ORT Singalovsky.
