Rayhanna Fernandes

Rayhanna Fernandes is an experienced sustainability and ESG professional with a strong focus on human rights and economic empowerment, currently serving as Gerente de Sustentabilidade at Protiviti Brasil since August 2019. Rayhanna has a diverse background that includes roles as a Consultora Master and Consultora Sênior in sustainability and internal audit, contributing to risk mapping and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, Rayhanna is a member of the Audit Committee for the UN Global Compact Brazil and a professor of ESG at FIA Business School, where teachings include social pillars and human rights. As the founder of MatrePotência, Rayhanna promotes the economic empowerment of Black women in the workforce through intersectional approaches. Educational qualifications include a PhD and Master's degree in Law from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, and recent training in sustainable practices from Cambridge Judge Business School.
