Currently, Michael serves as a Security Global Command Center Console Operator at ICTS UK & IRELAND, where Michael manages security incidents, monitors global intelligence, and ensures the safety of staff, visitors, property, and assets worldwide. Throughout their career, Michael has been dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high security standards.
