Allison Knight

Allison Knight is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as the Human Resources Shared Services Manager at ICU Medical since September 2021. Prior to this role, Allison worked at US Farathane from January 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for a site with over 500 employees, overseeing personnel transactions, benefits enrollment, staffing processes, and employee relations. Previous positions include Human Resources Generalist, Coordinator, and Assistant, with earlier experience in financial support and communications during internships. Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
