Mauricio Cervantes

Mauricio Cervantes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and aerospace logistics. Currently serving as the Regional Distribution Center Manager at ICU Medical since August 2011, Mauricio oversees all operational activities within a standalone distribution center, ensuring 100% order fulfillment and exceptional customer service. Concurrently, since December 1998, Mauricio has held the position of Port Operations Superintendent in the US Air Force Reserve, managing personnel and processes within an aerial port squadron. Prior experience includes a role as a Claims Examiner at Mercury Insurance from June 2004 to June 2011, where Mauricio investigated and negotiated settlements for injury and property damage claims. Mauricio holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from California State University, Long Beach, along with an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Fullerton College.
