Mike Gallagher

Mike Gallagher currently serves as VP Finance for Global Operations at ICU Medical, overseeing financial management for global manufacturing and supply chain functions. Previously, Mike held the position of Head of Finance for Global Operations at Smiths Medical, where financial leadership encompassed 13 plants and 12 distribution centers across multiple regions. Mike's experience includes significant financial roles at Essity, BSN Medical, NXP Semiconductors, and Philips Consumer Electronics, with a strong emphasis on financial management, operational strategies, and cost leadership. Mike holds a CIMA qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from The University of South Wales.
