Mindy Nguyen

Mindy Nguyen is an accomplished IT professional with over 15 years of experience in service desk management and support. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the IT Service Desk at ICU Medical since 2014, Mindy has progressed through various roles, including Manager and Lead for the Service Desk, and IT Service Desk Specialist. Previous experience includes serving as a Service Desk Administrator at Irvine Company and working in IT Provisioning for Contracting for The Irvine Company. Mindy began their career at New Century Mortgage, holding positions as AMG Coordinator Lead and Account Management Auditor. Mindy holds a degree in Accounting from Colorado Technical University.
