Heidemarie Oberg Fischer

Heidemarie Oberg Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning over different organizations and roles. Heidemarie currently serves as the Managing Director at ICUnet Group, where they oversee the company's global expat assignments and intercultural consultancy services. Prior to this, they worked at AHA CONSULTING / SOLUTIONS y TRADUCCIONESOBERG, where they held various responsibilities in HR, languages, coaching, and translation and interpretation. Before that, they served as the HR Manager at VW de Mexico for over 12 years.

Heidemarie Oberg Fischer pursued their education from 1979 to 1983 at Universidad de las Américas Puebla, where they obtained a degree in Food Engineering. Heidemarie later advanced their skills by completing a certification as an Intercultural Coach & Trainer at IKUD. In 2021, they also obtained a certification in Growth zone TM from ICQ Global.
