Michel Jaccard

Michel Jaccard is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in technology and innovation. As the Founder and Partner at id est avocats sàrl since January 2012, Michel Jaccard has been involved in advancing legal practices related to technology. Currently, Michel Jaccard serves as a Faculty Lecturer in the Master program for Sustainable Management and Technology at the Enterprise for Society Center (E4S) and participates in the co-creation of the Impact Term Sheet at Legal Innovation for Sustainable Investments (LISI). Additionally, Michel Jaccard acts as a Mediator at the ITDR and has held various academic roles, including Faculty Lecturer at Université de Neuchâtel and former Lecturer in the EMBA program at the iimt. Michel Jaccard's contributions to the field extend to public discourse through blogging and jury memberships in numerous awards and initiatives. Michel Jaccard holds a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Lausanne.
