Nokkie Lipsey has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Nokkie started their career as the owner of KitchenGiant/ Previously Bella Liv Catering in 2007. Nokkie then held various management positions, including Director of Projects/Expansion & Events at Id Est Hospitality Group starting in 2021, Director of Operations/Regional GM at One Concept Restaurant Group from 2020 to 2021, Manager of Training and Development at The Kitchen Restaurant Group from 2019 to 2020, and Manager of Hiring & Training at ViewHouse Eatery, Bar & Rooftop from 2018 to 2019. Previously, they served as Manager of Training and Development at Sushi Den/Izakaya Den/OTOTO from 2016 to 2018. Nokkie also has experience as the Opening General Manager at Aloy Modern Thai from 2014 to 2016 and as the Opening Assistant General Manager at Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse | Parry's Sliceria & Taps in 2013 and 5280 Burger Bar in 2012.
