Jessica O’Toole

Jessica’s background is in working with rapidly growing companies to establish initiatives that maintain the success of the company, but more importantly support the people responsible for that success. The other half of her background is helping these companies establish an HR Department and assuring the implementation of policies and procedures to assure that the company continues to maintain structure and compliance.

Jessica has experience working in several industries including digital media, health and wellness, pet services and most recently the financial industry.

At ID Fund Jessica is responsible for assuring that all incoming and current employees have an exceptional experience. She also works closely with the partners to assure that the firm not only reaches but exceeds its goals for the future.
