In 2014, they worked at Lash Group as a Benefits Coordinator, verifying patient insurance information and selecting appropriate coverage codes. In 2015, they became a Customer Care Executive at Duke Energy Corporation, responding to inquiries and emergency calls. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Phone Banker, fulfilling member requests, promoting products and services, and assisting with technical issues. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ID.me as a Fraud Specialist.
De André Massias completed their education at Johnson & Wales University, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. De André attended this institution from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies at Upper Darby High School.
