Gordon Sheppard

Gordon Sheppard, CPFPP, currently serves as the Head of Fraud at ID.me since 2024 and has held significant roles in fraud and risk management across various major companies. Notable past positions include Head of Global Fraud Management at PlayStation, where product strategy and customer satisfaction were markedly improved, and Head of Product at Walmart eCommerce, focusing on risk and fraud detection strategy. Previously, Gordon worked at PayPal as Group Product Manager for the Risk & Fraud Detection Platform, and held several senior roles at Bank of America, enhancing credit risk management and identity authentication systems. With degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Carnegie Mellon University, and Dickinson College, Gordon has established a strong foundation in economics, computer science, and business administration.
