Joshua Ongoco

Joshua Ongoco is a seasoned Fraud Analyst and Supervisor at ID.me, where responsibilities include monitoring daily user behavior to detect fraudulent activities, such as account takeover, document forgery, and identity theft, while investigating unauthorized transactions and inconsistent IP activity. Prior to this role, Joshua served as a Supervisor in Training at UNIQLO, where training of new associates and auditing of store finances were key duties. Joshua is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at Northern Virginia Community College, with an expected completion date in 2025.
