Liz Banicki

Liz Banicki is a seasoned professional in federal government affairs, currently serving as Senior Director at ID.me since June 2022 after previously holding the position of Director. Prior to joining ID.me, Liz worked at the United States Senate as a Senior Policy Advisor focused on foreign policy, trade, veterans affairs, and homeland security from January 2015 to June 2022. Earlier experiences include roles as Legislative Assistant, Legislative Aide/Assistant to Chief of Staff, and Transition Aide for Senator Dan Sullivan, as well as involvement in various capacities within the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Department of State. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, with a focus on German Studies from the University of Portland, and has completed additional studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and The University of Notre Dame Australia.
