Trushar Patel

Trushar Patel has over 14 years of experience in the recruitment industry, specifically in the field of healthcare. Trushar joined ID Medical in 2006 and is currently serving as the Head of Permanent & International Recruitment. During their tenure, they have played a crucial role in the growth of the International Division. Trushar has successfully developed recruitment strategies for both EEA and NON EEA Doctors and Nurses, addressing skill shortages within the domestic labor market. Prior to ID Medical, they worked as a Marketing Manager at The ID Group Ltd from 2006 to 2008 and as a Marketing Assistant at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation from 2004 to 2005.

Trushar Patel completed their GCSE from Sir Frank Markham School. Trushar'seducation journey continued as they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in International Marketing Management from Bournemouth University, which they completed from 2002 to 2006.
