Jigesh Maurya

Jigesh Maurya has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles. Jigesh started in 2016 as the Operational Head of the Publicity Committee at Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology, where they worked on defining marketing strategies for their tech-fest events. In 2017, they interned as an Engineering Intern at Mukand Limited-Kalwe(Bajaj Group), where they developed ideas to improve efficiency and worked on a furnace regulation system.

In 2019, Jigesh joined eMsys Solutions as a Product Manager, responsible for managing the product and its development. Jigesh then moved on to Northeastern University, where they served as the Building Manager at Curry Student Center from October 2021 to May 2022.

Jigesh gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst Co-op at Evelo Biosciences from January to June 2022. Later, they joined Northeastern University's Information Technology Services as a Customer Experience Technician and Data Analyst. Jigesh excelled in the role, leading to a promotion as a Pro Customer Experience Technician from September 2021 to April 2022. Finally, they took on the role of Lead Customer Experience Technician, which they held from May 2022 to May 2023.

In 2022, Jigesh also became involved in the Aspiring Product Managers Club at Northeastern University. Jigesh served as the Vice President Program Alpha, where they oversaw a team of six engineers and managed sprint reviews for three stakeholders. Jigesh also optimized website features, launched MVP features, and secured funding for a hackathon.

Jigesh's most recent work experience is as a Product Manager at ID Plans, starting in June 2023.

Jigesh Maurya completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Jigesh then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northeastern University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Jigesh has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Jigesh completed the Graduate Leadership Institute - LEAD360 program at Northeastern University in April 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Data Analytics from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020. Jigesh also completed various courses in areas such as Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics, data visualization, business analysis, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and digital marketing from platforms like LinkedIn and Udemy between 2020 and 2021.

Furthermore, Jigesh has achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in March 2023.
