Niah McGill

Niah McGill has a strong background in human resources, equality, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as the EDI Lead and HR/OD Project Executive at IDA Ireland since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at BearingPoint and as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane. Niah also worked as a Training Manager at Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa and Hilton, in addition to earlier positions as an HR Coordinator, Sales Administrative Assistant, and Executive Assistant at Wireless Planet. Niah's educational qualifications include a CIPD Diploma in Human Resources from National College of Ireland and dual Bachelor's degrees in Creative Writing and English from the University of Central Florida.
