Rachel Lasala

Rachel LaSala is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at IDA Sports since January 2024, and co-founding both Women in Soccer and managing the organization since July 2020. With experience as Outreach Manager at Brooklyn City F.C. focusing on player recruitment and family relations, Rachel has demonstrated a passion for supporting women in sports. Previous roles also include Marketing and Events responsibilities at Growth Through Sport, coaching and managerial positions at Williamsburg Football Club Select, and interim campaign management for Kali for Kansas, where Rachel led successful campaign efforts. Early career experience includes partner marketing management at Myriad360 and social media management at NYNOG. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Global Marketing & Management from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
